I love diving into areas that are often overlooked—like enhancing merchant experiences and developing internal tools to help sellers transition from offline to online at Bukalapak and improving post-booking processes and agent platforms at AirAsia.

Outside work, you can find me exploring unlimited hobbies from making fanarts, kpop merchs, reading, taking online courses, language classes, and volunteering. Now I’m trying to get better at writing and hoping to publish academic essays about design someday the future.

My pivotal role began at AirAsia Grocer and expanded to overseeing post-booking experiences, passenger check-ins, and flight bookings for agents. I strategically collaborated with the product team to define and align goals, spearheaded transformative changes to enhance user engagement, and streamlined processes for a seamless and efficient user experience. Bukalapak, a leading Indonesian marketplace, empowers businesses, big and small. Across Seller Acquisition, Brand, and Seller Transaction teams, I made significant strides. From aiding offline sellers in their transition to optimizing user experience, my contributions were multifaceted. Additionally, I led a team of 16 designers in a transformative 3-day boot camp, fostering creativity and teamwork in July 2019.
